Victoria is a band that seems to have come out of nowhere–well for me anyway. They're still pretty new but they really rocked Off Broadway about a week ago.Also upcoming on LO-FI SAINT LOUIS, we have a video about the neo-burlesque scene that we've been working on for almost a year, and plenty of good stuff from this weekend.
