David Surkamp is the lead singer and songwriter of the St. Louis based international known band "Pavlov's Dog". Accompanied by other current touring members Sara Surkamp on guitar and vocals and Rick Steiling on Bass. Saylor Surkamp adds harmonies with Bill Costello on drums.
