If Rock’n'Roll were a town, this band would live in the same neighborhood as ZZ Top. But then again, they are from Texas, so for all I know they DO live in the same neighborhood as ZZ Top. Honky is J.D. Pinkus’ (formerly of the Butthole Surfers) band. But don’t expect them to sound anything like the Butthole Surfers — no psycadellic punk here. Just hard rock’n'roll with a touch of Texas Blues.

Thank You for some ass kickin shite. I love some of the Butthole stuff alot and hate some stuff too, but I hated one of their tours in the late 80′s which was more hippie than a Dead show.
