#194 Th’ Legendary Shack*Shakers

First, welcome Deb Peterson readers from the St. Louis Post Dispatch. Please take a look around at the archives and enjoy. If you don’t like some of the music please help yourself to some of the little video documentaries I’ve made. Check the about page if you want to know more about me or the site. Feel free to use the contact page to contact me directly and comments on the videos are always welcome. Thanks for your interest!

This truly is a legendary band with a legendary front man. J.D. Wilkes (also an accomplished comic artist) has been called by Jello Biafra “…the last great rock’n'roll frontman”

Th’ Legendary Shack*Shakers
play a white-hot version of the country blues that has to be seen live to be truly appreciated.
